I am a small business and can not absorb this cost for a replacement. You can try and file a claim with USPS, BUT it is a better route to go is to go through your credit card provider to get a refund. Most credit card companies provide this protection to users. Once you feel confident that you can get a refund, you may reorder from me and I will start working on your order right away.
