What if my package is stolen from my porch or mailbox?
This is an unfortunate situation that can happen to anyone. Once a package is delivered it will no longer be under the responsibility of USPS. I am a small business and can not absorb this cost for a replacement. You can try and file a claim with USPS, BUT it is a better route to go is to go through your credit card provider to get a refund. Most credit card companies provide this protection to users. Once you feel confident that you can get a refund, you may reorder from me and I will start working on your order right away. The best practice is to make sure that you have a secure area that your package can be delivered into or watch for the package itself. I always send tracking information. Thank You.
